• The PIN code of the area you are searching for properties in.

Note: It is not required to specify common words like 'in', 'with', 'the' etc. We will automatically exclude search keywords that are not relevant.

If you are searching for properties for  rent, select "For Rent" from the dropdown.

Click on the "Agents/Builders Directory" tab. Then enter your search keywords in the box provided.

You may enter any combination of keywords that you like

Examples:

• Agents in Bandra, Santra Cruz
• Agents in Mumbai
• The name of the agent. For example, typing 'Mohan' will bring up results for all agents whose name is 'Mohan'. You can type the first, last or any combination of the name.
• Company name of the agent.
• The mobile number of the agent or builder
• The PIN code of the area you are searching for properties in.

You should post a Wanted Ad in the following two cases:

• When you want to Buy a property
• When you want to Rent a property

You may search for leads, (or people who are looking for properties) by clicking on the tab 'Property Wanted Ads'. Then enter your search keywords in the box provided.

You may enter any combination of keywords that you like

Examples:

• Name of a locality : e.g. 'Bandra', 'Santra Cruz'. Hint: you may enter as many localities as you like
• Name of a city: e.g. 'Mumbai', 'Delhi'. Hint: you may enter as many cities as you like.
• All Residential Wanted ads in Bangalore
• All Commercial in Navi Mumbai

If you are searching for Wanted Ads for  rent, select "For Rent" from the dropdown.

• Click on the 'Post A Wanted Ad' link that appears on the top of every screen.
• If you are not logged in, login by entering your username/password. Or if you are a new user, register.
• You will be automatically taken to the 'Post a Wanted Ad Form'
• Enter your details

You can list a property in less than 5 five minutes.

You must login using the username/password boxes provided at the top of every screen. If you do not have a username/password, you must first register. Click on the 'Register' (at the top of every screen) to register. See  Help on Registration for help on registering.

After you login or register, click on 'Add a New Property' link.
Fill in the details of the property, then click 'Save And Continue'.

After you have added your property, you may click on the photos tab to add photos.

• Click on the "Browse Button" to Select the photo(.jpeg,.gif,.png).
• Provide an optional Caption for the photo (e.g bedroom, frontview)
• Click upload photo.

For Owners / Agents/ Builder

Click on the Register link at the top right hand corner of the page. This will bring you to the Registration page.

For Property Seekers

Click on the Register link at the top right hand corner of the page. This will bring you to the Registration page.

Click on the tab 'Buyers / Renters' , then fill in your details.

If you are a real estate professional, we will automatically create a website for you when you register. When you make any changes to your information(contact numbers etc),or list a property, your website will be automatically updated.

You can use your website in the following ways

• Refer your customers/clients to it by giving them the link above
• Print the link on your business card or brochure

If you are a real estate professional, we will automatically create a website for you when you register. After you login, you can select 'Customize My Website' from the menu to choose the style of your website.

If you are looking for Properties, whether to buy or rent, you can receive email messages from us on matching properties.

To setup a property alert, Click 'Setup Email Alerts' (on the top of every screen).
